Jennifer Marchant joined our practice in February, 2008. She has many years of experience in customer service. She currently is in charge of our front office. Her responsibilities include scheduling, referrals and customer relations.
Receptionist
Marianne Barlow joined our practice in February or 2008 when she relocated from New Hampshire. She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field as a receptionist, office assistant and office coordinator. She is currently with us part time assisting in front office duties including scheduling, referrals and filing.
Medical Assistant
Tracy Valentine joined our practice in February, 2009. She has been an excellent addition and brings 10 years of experience in the medical assisting field. She is a native of Arizona. She assists Dr. Betz with procedures, vaccines and other ancillary tests. She is our contact person regarding any medical issues. Her resonsibilities include calling with test results, triaging medical needs and prescription refill authorization among other duties.
